Collect late payments from landscaping maintenance clients
LandscapingInvoices & collectionsThe problem
With many small recurring invoices, a few late payers can add up fast — and awkward reminders get put off.
Steps
- Run an aged-receivables report in your accounting software.
- Group clients by how late they are.
- Run the prompt for each group.
- Decide your service-pause policy before sending the final notice.
